Hey John

They go back to mostly Vaughn. Of course Dave Dean's Hammer I dog was out of Sebastain's Penny.

Check this link out and look up Lawrason's Blue Elle. It shows her 5 generation ped. Look up her grandparents and it goes back 5 generations also.

Someone told me there was an article in the 1990 CB bluetick issue about Julious Sebastain and his hounds. Julious has passed, but his son Roy and son in-law still have the line. If you look on Cowboy's ped and you see Ellwinger dogs I think that is the son in-law.

Jared

Pups are doing good.

If you have a Blue Book I think Roy's # is in there. You could call him if you want.

How is Cowboy? Been hunting since the zones?

IN the late 60's I had two male Blueticks that I made dual champs. LEAD was out of Hill's Blue Rock and Neibarger's Blue Jewel who was out of Sebastian's Blue Penny.
DRUM was out of Neibarger's Blue Blue Lead and Neibarger's Blue Jewell. Sebastian's Blue Penny's sire was Vaughn's Ark Blue ll and Vaunghs Blue Fly These dogs both went back to Jocassee Valley dogs. The Smokey River line also had lots of Jocassee Valley blood way back.

There is a fair number of Sabastians hounds in Cameron hounds. If I were to hunt blue I would look closely at getting one.

Zace

That is what I thought, but wasn't sure. I had heard that Cameron's current stock started from Sebastain.

Thanks for the info.

Jared
