New York: John Weidman Sr. suffers loss

Longtime coonhunter for more than 40 years, from the Otsego County area, John Weidman, lost his wife, Nancy, this past Tuesday evening. Many of you older hunters knew John from his UKC hunting years, and in the last few years he has been a hard competitor and contender in PKC hunts here in New York State. Nancy's calling hours will be Monday evening, July 30, from 6 to 9 pm at the funeral home in Morris New York, located just west of Oneonta, New York, on route 23.

Thoughts and Prayers

For the Wiedman family. I'm so sorry for their loss. May John carry Nancy with him, in his heart where a part of her resides. She took a piece of him with her and will never be lonely. I hope he can find comfort in his memories, I am sincerely sorry, and extend the sympathies of my husband, who was also widowed and shares the feelings of loss, Heather and Bob William
