 Attention Indiana Beaglers!

I need your help in locating a lady I sold a beagle puppy to at the Nationals this year. I have misplaced her address and I need it to send her incentive fund papers to her. It is a male pup, and the registration number is P514-640. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreiciate it. The father is Youngs Hare Chasing Arrow. And the mother is Arnolds Super Runnin Shilo.
