WE ARE MAKING PLANS FOR THE FIRST EVER ( WE THINK ) MICHIGAN STATE CHAMPIONSHIP CUR / FEIST COON HUNT. IT WILL HELD ON SEPT. 15TH AT OUR CLUB GROUNDS IN IMLAY CITY. WE WILL BE HOLDING A REG. UKC CUR / FEIST BENCH SHOW BEFORE THE COON HUNT. WE ARE HOPING FOR A GOOD TURN-OUT SO WE CAN MAKE THIS AN ANNUAL EVENT. WATCH FOR OUR AD IN BLOODLINES.

I would have liked to went to your state hunt but that is the same week end of the OMCBA hunt at Jamestown. Maybe next time it will work out. I wish you all the best.

WELL I PICKED UP MY NEW MT. CUR PUP LAST NIGHT FROM DAVE PLOWMAN . WHAT A LITTLE SWEET HEART . ALREADY THINKS SHE OWNS THE PLACE ..... SHE IS LIKING IT HERE IN HER NEW HOME. NAMED HER GOLDIE....... SOUND OK TO ALL MY CUR BUDDIES ? THINK SHE'LL BE TREEING BY SEPT. 15TH ? I WILL HAVE THE OVERALL TROPHY READY FOR VIEWING BY THE AUGUST HUNT SO EVERYONE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK OF IT . I THINK ANYONE WOULD BE PROUD TO TAKE IT HOME.

Gary, Dave has raised some good ones and that little girl should be no exception. Goldie was the name of one of the most famous Kemmer stock curs ever so the name is just fine! Good luck with her.

I DON'T WANT MY BLACK AND TAN FRIENDS TO LOSE HEART I AM BACK UP TO THREE BLACK DOGS AND ONE MT. CUR. GOLDIE WILL HAVE LOTS OF COMPANY . HER AND STONE WERE GOING OVER FINER POINTS OF COONIN'THIS MORNING ..... SHE SURE CAN MAKE SOME NOISE WHEN SHE WANTS TOO.
