PIX?
I f you have any decent pix of the hound from either or both sides it will help. I search petfinder.com when people lose them and find out what is arriving at the area shelters. Will do that with this one. Give a GOOD description and any identifying marks, scars etc... too. Be sure to call the shelters in the area the hound was lost at least one time a day. Most are understaffed and can't take time to call owners EVEN if they are wearing an ID on the collar. Also they don't all ID the breeds of hound well. SO- ask if they got a DOG of such and such color and IF they did go look...it's the only way to tell if they haven't posted pix on petfinder.com
Will do some better searches if you can post some pix. Also go to petfinder and you can search. Coonhound, Beagle, Foxhound, hound and Treeing Walker catagories may have Walkers in them. Put the location where you lost it and then browse the pix. Best of luck and I hope you get the hound back quickly and safe and sound, Heather WIlliam
