 How do I start

I recentlly purchased an American Pit Bull Terrier puppy. The puppy is currently registered to the Bona Fide Kennel Club. I have the Birth cirtificate and the 6 generation papers. I have always known about the AKC and UKC and I want to register my new found friend to the best. What do i need to do to get started?
