Health Benefits of Olive Oil
Olive oil has recently become not just a product, but a real trend among those who care about their health. Some add it to salads, some cook with it, and some even use it for cosmetic purposes. But why is olive oil called the best? Is it just marketing or are there real benefits for our body behind it?
For example, I heard that olive oil helps maintain heart health and can even improve skin condition. And in the kitchen, they say, it is not inferior to other oils. Is it really as healthy as we are promised, or is it just a fashionable gimmick? Maybe everything is not so simple, and its benefits depend on how and how much of it is consumed?
