Health Benefits of Olive Oil

Olive oil has recently become not just a product, but a real trend among those who care about their health. Some add it to salads, some cook with it, and some even use it for cosmetic purposes. But why is olive oil called the best? Is it just marketing or are there real benefits for our body behind it?
For example, I heard that olive oil helps maintain heart health and can even improve skin condition. And in the kitchen, they say, it is not inferior to other oils. Is it really as healthy as we are promised, or is it just a fashionable gimmick? Maybe everything is not so simple, and its benefits depend on how and how much of it is consumed?

Olive oil really deserves all its reputation and it is not just a fashion trend. I have tried it in salads and in cooking various dishes, and the result has always been impressive. The most interesting thing is that its benefits are not immediately felt, but with regular use you begin to notice that the skin becomes smoother, digestion improves, and even the energy level increases. Is olive oil high in polyphenols and can be used for skin care. Personally, I like adding it to hair masks. The effect is like after expensive procedures, but everything is natural and without unnecessary chemicals.

It's especially nice to see how your skin becomes softer and healthier. And the idea of adding it to hair masks is just super. I used to spend a lot of money on all sorts of procedures, but now I understand that everything I need is already in my kitchen. It's nice to realize that you can take care of yourself with natural products.
