I used to run beagles, gun dogs and had a blast. Too many sticks in the fire or I would own a pack of beagles. Maybe get some when I can no longer follow coonhounds. Dave

Dave, I used to hunt beagles and coondogs. Not no more. Gittin' too old. I been seriously considering givin' up the coonhuntin' and startin' me a pack of beagles. Worked hard all my life and I'm 62 and feel like I'm goin' on 72... It sucks!!!

It sure is addictive. This country up here is so thick it's made for rabbit huntin. I've got a fold up lawn chair witha shoulder strap on it... never go rabbit huntin without it.

Tar I might have Swamp Rabbit dogs , ain't sure had a good race going in flooded timber for about 30 minutes after 30 minutes of cold trailing never more than a 1/4 mile from us then absolutely nothing. Then Preacher Tom and I went to another spot Medium Cold trail and treed in a den tree but coon was on the outside was starting to wonder about those good Possum dogs. LOL
