Preston, i try to put things in terms so most can understand them. Im probably gonna start hitting a few PKC hunts with her. Still gonna work on finishing her to Grnitech. Gonna be bred in the spring. I've been wanting to bred her but was making sure I titled her first. She has several great traits to pass on. Several pups have been booked off of her no matter which male I breed to. Must be doing something right.

I think you are on the right track. I'm very glad to see you take your dogs to hunts and win. It speaks volumes to see a feller hunting one dog then moving right to a pup he put on the ground and continue winning. Good Job man

A pic from lastnight. She was about 15ft up. A pine tree blew over and was in the bay tree. I guess she trailed the coon up the pine. Its a little scary when you get to the tree and you have to climb and get your dog. I hunt alone about 95% of the time also. Shes doing fenominal. Loving this dog.

I believe the hormones have settled down. Ive walked to four trees amd seen. three coon. Im pretty sure the one tree had a coon also the way she was treeing but pines are a pain to find them in. Im ready for next weekend now.

Alice hasnt been out for about 3 wks, so i thought why not go to another KCs hunt last night. Well shewas firstand first on the only coon seen out of three cast. No babbling no mee tooing. Straight up honest. Got some of my gas money back. Cant wait till American Redbone Days.

No excuses from me for her performance. Its all my fault. Alice won her cast on Thursday and didnt win anymore. Least amount of minus doesnt count. All in all i had a great time. Glad to be able to hunt with some other redbones. No more hunting for her till probably october or november. Now im just waiting for her to come in heat. Everyone have a nice summer.

Thanks Preston, all i can do is show up. I hadnt hunted her but 3 days in the last two months before redbone days. I came home and she came in heat on wednesday. Decided to pass this time because it would give the pups a bad birthday. I need some spring pups with good birthdates.
