Dna Transfer From Pkc??
I have a UKC and PKC permanently registered 2004 model, that I have collected semen on, and I plan on enrolling in the superstakes and performance program down the road with semen use.

The dog was a superstake pup, and has had dna on file with PKC since 2004. I just now however, sent off for his complete DNA certificate to make him ready to enroll in the super stakes, whenever I am ready.

The dog's DNA is not on record with UKC however.

What steps do I take to transfer the PKC DNA certificate to UKC, to make him permanently DNA in UKC and eligible for the performance program. It's to my understanding, I do not have to swab him again, just transfer paper work.

Any guidance on what forms I need and where to locate them

You need to fill out one of our DNA applications, and send it in to us along with a copy of the PKC DNA certificate and a fee of $10.00. You would also want to include a note letting us know that you are sending the DNA information to us because you will be making your dog a Performance Sire in the near future.
