First off,
I would like to start off by saying if you get a pup off of Pete you won't be disappointed... Pete has a big nice ball mouth on track, a locate that gets everyone's attention in the cast and a chop mouth on tree that can be heard for a long ways. He's an honest strike dog, typically 1st or 2nd that will be sitting by himself. This is the type of dog that, in a cast, will tree multiple coons 200-400 yards away while the rest are 3/4 of a mile working on 1 coon, or on those cold bright moonlight nights will get in there and get the job done! I have had him in several PKC 1 hour cast with a winning score of 575+ to 650+ ...... Pleasure hunting?? Cut Pete loose, sit on the tailgate, listen to a really big old time mouth being drifted through the country as it should, a few barks on the ground about every minute or 2, a locate that stops you in conversation with your buddy and makes your ears perk up!! No rush getting to him or wondering if he's gonna pull. Take your time, he's not going anywhere!
Secondly,
I would like to personally thank Ed Freeman of Bedford KY for allowing me the pleasure of hunting Pete! The dust has been knocked off Pete and doing a lot of winning! Bring your boots and go with him, plenty of references.
We currently have pups on the ground and more on the way. I will post more information about the bred females.
