Garmin Hunt view map issues

Just bought a new hunt view map card for my alpha 100. I can't zoom in on the map beyond .8 miles. When I zoom in the satellite imagery disappears and the map turns a light green color. Anybody have any idea what could be causing this? Thanks for any help.

The hand held needs updated. I bet it's the Garmin + map card. I had same problem up at the zone's in Michigan. The old map cards work fine.

I was trying to solve that very same problem for a friend of mine, and after clearing out all the archived tracks and things, the system still needed two software upgrades I did that and it now works as it should.

So upgrading to the latest software cured my problem
