As long as they reference the Litter Control Number as the subject and they sign in their own handwritten signatures.

once we get a signed statement from the people we show as the Dam owners at the time of the breeding, we will register the litter into your name.

I just want to clarify things about the signiture thing. So they need to email( regration@ukcdogs.com) you thier signitures ontop of thier name and the subject is the litter control? No letters needed just the sign?

No. We need signed statements from them giving us permission to register the litter into your name. They need to print and sign their names at the bottom of their statements as well as referencing the litter control number.

Yes. The e-mail address you want to send the statements to is: registration@ukcdogs.com Be sure to put the Litter Control Number as the subject of the e-mails.
