Right to Retrieve

Pennsylvania just past it with the "Purple Paint Law". Just so all the rest of you PA hunters are aware.

retrive

Our governor signed the Sunday hunting bill SB147 last Wednesday. While it now makes tresspassing when hunting a primary offence with new "heavy fines". There was wording in there lets hound owners retrieve their hounds from legally posted land as long as they have no firearm in their possession. Page 4 of the bill.

The wording is in the new purple paint law. Since now there doesn't need to be posted signs put up, just purple paint. If it was so hard to post pictures on here if share it. But if you do a search for the new purple paint law not just right to retrieve in Google you'll see it at the bottom.
