Youth Bench Show Judge Ryann McMurray

Ryann McMurray lives in Washington Court House, Ohio. She's mother to one amazing Autistic son, Tanner, who has taught her patience and strength.
Ryann got into Coonhounds in 2007 by meeting her mentor Todd Hamilton. He gifted her a hunting dog in 2008 named Ryann's Dream and the rest is history.
Ryann is honored to be asked to judge the youth show at Grand American. She is very active with youth events at her local clubs. She has taken several kids under her guidance throughout the years. She believes that someone helped her get started so she enjoys helping others.
She has several prestigious wins under her belt. Her favorite and most memorable was her Champion of Champions Female win at the 2018 Autumn Oaks with her own bred by dog GRCHHOF CCH 'PR' RINGER3'S MADE OF MILLIONS. Her son Tanner picked her out of the litter so she kept her for him.
Ryann enjoys hunting her dogs as well and her favorite hunting dog of all time is WCH NITECH GRCH "PR" Ringer3's Layback Star Struck HTX whom she titled in the hunts herself. She believes in promoting dual purpose dogs whether it be in the woods, show, performance, water race, or field trial events She enjoys multiple sports with her hounds. "I feel blessed to be able to raise, train, and show/do performance sports with coonhounds of all breeds."

Married to Sasha, they have two boys Jesse and Dominic. Cory and family live in Brant Michigan. " I've been involved in coon hounds since I was kid. After Sasha was introduced to the dogs we began attending events and now that's our thing! We have traveled and competed all over in all the events. I have been judging for a couple years and have judged at Plott Days, state championships and now this great event!"
Saturdays Bench Show Judge Misty Hinson

Misty Hinson was born and raised in North Carolina She and her husband Brad Hinson and daughter Cheyanne live on a small homestead there. Misty is a teacher in a local Christian school and loves her involvement in their agriculture club. Misty was around the coon hound world from a very early age as her father H.L. Gibson raised and trained Walker dogs. She attended many Grand American's before ever owning her own dog. Many years later, Brad and Misty began their own journey in the coon hound world raising walker dogs and showing in bench shows, hunts, and conformation events. Misty has won and titled multiple hounds in bench and conformation shows.. She played an active role as president of Lincoln County Coon Club and has judged several events including Saluda Coon Dog Days.
The first hound Misty owned solo was a Female out of Gossip. This dog made Misty the handler she was and taught her the true love of the sport. As the years continued she owned and stood behind many Wonderboy bred dogs. Misty stated
"I am very honored to judge the Grand American Event of 2023".
