I have Nexgard ready for them which is safe at 8 weeks but they will cover a lot of "yard" between now and then. Just want to keep them safe. They are BIG pups. At 5 weeks old they all weighed right at 10 lbs. I would guess they are all around 11.5 lbs now since weaning this past week.
Frontline Spray would be a safe product for pups of this age. Frontline works well for tick prevention.
