Strike point question?

In three dog cast if two dogs are struck and treed. After the two dogs that were treed points were scored but while still on leash the third dog opens and is struck. Would it receive first strike.

Yes 50, but when third dog opens, you don't strike him. You make other two dogs turn loose and then when he opens again, you strike him for 100.

Had outdated rule book (2014). It's real clear in the new book. Rule 2d.

so if handler of dog b cuts his dog and dog c opens and is stuck for 100 the handler of dog b should question the judge why - 50 wasnt awarded to dog c for not being called on or before his 3rd bark and trying to jump in for 100 undeserved points . lol i love it when a dog is opening and the judge says something like (i need a call ) some body says strike my dog and he goes on the paper . then i ask(hey judge what ya going to do with those strike points) ? they need - for no call before or on the third bark turn the card over and read the rule to the whole cast .lol at a hunt where i drove all day rented a room for the night took a day of vacation to a major event it is game on and sets the tone for the rest of the cast .lol

Yes it does but what "tone" does it set? Do you continue on like that for the rest of the hunt? Do you really think that is "funny". Lol??
