I also like that females looks and she is nicely bred with alot of old blood. I have hunted with several dogs from Jess Rogers stock of dogs and also a direct son of little Arkie back in the 90'S. Most all of them were good hounds especially the Arkie hound. Good luck with her!

Thank you sir! Jess Rogers was a good friend of mine. We got lots of pups from him over the years. He always treated me fair!

Had a quick last night. Took ol Jack by himself. He made a wide circle and wound up treeing a lay up on a pond bank. Looked at a coon!

I appreciate all the calls I've gotten the past couple of weeks! I've enjoyed talking with each of you and have made some new freinds!
Anyone's welcome to call or come for a hunt anytime!

Just let me know when Charles. I work every other weekend. I wouldn't be opposed to coming up there. Coon are thin where I hunt. I'd like to get in some thick coon. Either way's fine with me.

Thanks Chris! Yeah Etowah River Rock and June was mine at one time. Have you got to breed your female yet?
Pepper's doubled up on old Rowdy. Can't waite to cross her on Jack. I also have a daughter of Rock I'm going breed to him.

Good luck with your new pups and with your future cross of Jack and Pepper. I really like your bloodline of hounds and from what I've seen of the pictures you have posted, they look very houndy as well.

Thanks Jake! I'm excited about these pups. She had ten and is down to six now. They've had their first worming and are eating feed and milk replacer. Hopefully the rest will make it.

Mr. Napier, I really appreciate the compliments! I'm trying keep and improve as far as ability, without loosing the hound look, nose and mouth.
As far as bloodline, yes, they are linebred old Arkie, but have influences from various lines as well. Old Arkie himself wasn't really "linebred" anything. I think that's why he crossed so well with different lines.

Lee, Jack will turn four the 28th of July.
