Crossposting from Texas Coonhound Rescue on FB

Looking for owner of a Redtick CoonHound that showed up at my home in northeast Texas yesterday. Was found about a mile from the 20 between Marshall and Shreveport. Emaciated and has a growth hanging off a back leg. Feeding and watering, but cannot keep him. A friendly dog. Obviously a pet. No aggression at all. Cannot guess age. No evidence of injury or impairment other than above. Teeth intact. Skin loose, but okay. Eyes okay. Eats and drinks well. Gaining strength as he eats and rests. No skeletal impairment. I can’t guess age. A sweet boy. We are cat people, but he’s not near them now. Just not able to keep him. Please spread the word

claim him. I did check and he has not been neutered.
