Mary is out of the Gr Nt Ch’ Slinging Mudd X Rockin Ruby cross. She was bought as a started dog and doing well in the woods. She has won the first two shows she has been put in in stiff competition under the judge of this years winter classic show. Well made little female with hunt and a loud mouth to carry in these mountains. We hope to have Mary ready for some hunts with a little more fine tuning.

She has been in two shows judged by this years winter classic judge and he had a lot of good things to say about Mary. We hope to do some more fine tuning and have Mary in the hunts in a few months. Hunts hard , Split trees and has a big mouth to carry in these mountains.

The mud x ruby cross produced several nice hounds. Zeke owned by Keith Edwards came from that cross as well.

Ruby is headed to plott days to be bred to Impressive Zeb.

Zeb is currently #2 on the reproducers list while Ruby is #5.

This evening was the evening! I cut a Scrappy male coon for my niteriderxruby female and she got hooked!!

I can't be sure she had the coon, but I sure liked how she did it. A lot of hard work went into that moment and I pray it continues. She has everything else I love in a dog! This was the icing I was waiting for.

My pup out of Rider and Ruby will be 1 on the 4th of july. She is running and treeing alone and has made trees the last 5 nights.

Of all the pups I have raised in the last 10 years (and it isn't 1-2) she has every quality that I am wanting.

1. Silent at the house kennel or chain
2. No mess in the kennel
3. No chewing or destruction
4. Great personality with dogs and people
5. Healthy and not fussy with food, endless energy
6. Goes hunting BY HERSELF
7. Runs a track as good as any I have seen if its hot the head it up
8. Took a little to get her to realize what treeing was, but now that she has, she has it! Locates, and puts it in park.

I tried to breed to Rider a few years ago and couldn't get it done.......I am so glad I took the chance when a pup came available. Adam is putting forth a bit effort in getting good plotts on the ground.

Ruby 2

She is currently in Ohio being handled by Alex Recker. She looks to be independent and a very nice tree dog.

Seems like the Ryder x Ruby cross is going to be something to keep and eye out for in the future. All 4 of the pups are looking very promising.
