With application for permanent registration in hand is it good for an indefinite amount of time? Not concerned with Performance Program.

That is correct, the puppy papers do not expire. The only thing to remember is that after the dog turns 1 year old, permanently registering the dog will require the $25 late fee in addition to the money for the package you choose.
