I've had 2 pair now first pair had a bad seam in the left boot rubbing my calf raw they sent me another pair they haven't been worn10-15 times put them on this morning going turkey hunting the boot came apart at the pull loop the actual boot tore now have to send them back and wait for them to be repaired or replaced there goes a week or so of hunting now

Would like to know this also.Was planning on adding them into our line of boots.

the main issue I have is the customer service I received when I called they acted like they could care less I bought several hundred dollars of stuff in December just an inconvenience and pay 10-15 more dollars to ship them back

I have been wearing a pair for a few months four or five nights a week no problems whatsoever.
