 Abkc to ukc

I have a 2 year old abkc registered bully which i would like to register wiyh ukc as well. Does ukc accept abkc? I was told no, but would like to confirm. Also would i fill out single or permanent application? I have his abkc pedigree. Would i write that down in the pedigree section of application or leave it blank?
