Why are you using a Dry shampoo? They don't give a good deep clean like a pet shampoo does.

Smell

Most hound smell is from the ears having a yeast infection i had a basset hound and the vet gave me some stuff that. Cleared it up....changing your air filter regularly can get rid of most smells in your home a good air duct cleaning is also a good idea 16 years in the hvac trade just my opinion
