I bought a alpha bundle from you when there was a rebate, never got it so I called you, you got in touch with garmin for me but I never got the rebate Robert druschel 7243365750, I appreciate your help, not complaining about you,your service and help was great

Bob are you the man that called and was having problems and wanted me to fax the invoice to them? What happened after that? You were entitled to a rebate, not sure why you didnt get it. When i contacted the company that handled the rebates they knew you by name. They didnt express any problem to me other than needing the sales receipt. Call me Tuesday at the store and mYbe i can help out.

Bob, I contacted the Company handling the rebates. They said yours was approved and being processed. Should have your $100 check by the end of the month.
