Honestly, that would be a smart move for UKC to make. We could use you as a field rep, I believe you would make a good field rep, just don't expect all you can eat honeybuns as a perk. Dave

He don't mind you hanging around with him driving the Winnie baygo motor home pulling the jeep talking red dogs in public.................... And you don't even help keep records for him lol.

FYI : I was in charge of way more than that over the years and he had no problem sleeping through it lmbo.

Not so fast, this might be good for Allen, Tar could be the one getting all the complaints from all these wannabe Tars. More time for golf and getting those red dogs ready for the World Championship. Heck, with Tar being back wired, he could put a real spin on some of these proposed changes. Most folks would be to dizzy to argue about anything, sounds like a plan? Lol. Dave

Dave I am just having fun with Richard he knows that lol. But I am going to be serious just a minute no matter what changes come and I hope they are good ones that help a lot of people enjoy the sport for a long time I wish ukc and all its hunters the best. But in reality it's over down here not just ukc but all the kc's. The changes took too long , the clubs have closed down and the people that were needed to guide , judge, moh ect became discouraged and just found other things to do closest hunts for me are 80 miles or more I am ok with it nothing I can do but just enjoy my dogs and mess with y'all on here.

I wish ukc the best.

Sorry to hear that Tarbaby. Is it over for everybody down there because you are quitting? I guess that there comes a time in everyone's life when they decide that they are over the hill and can't keep up any more. So they just lay down and quit. But thank goodness we do still have the interweb.

I ain't quit enjoying the sport brother Richard. But you seen the numbers I posted for Oklahoma and Texas it's bigger than I can fix if I could I would most everybody has to pay building rent and with low numbers there just ain't enough income for a club to survive plus you have to have qualified help that are dependable. It's just gone I hate it. But I get to watch other clubs prosper the ones that were strong enough to survive so that's ok.

I am seeing pretty much the same around these parts, "babyboomers" are pretty much done, the few left are playing to empty house. Unless 8/10 dogs is someone's idea of a crowd. Lol. Lots of champs being made from these low numbers, but quality stinks, just not my cup of tea anymore. I still get excited about the bigger hunts, maybe it's coming down to just big hunts. Dave

Listen to Travis Tritt sing "Country Ain't Country No More" I think that's the biggest reason coon hunting numbers are falling off.

Running "backwards" or "forwards" is merely semantics as long as it gets the job done, what's forward to some is backward for others. Rotflol. Dave

I just don't want poor ole Tar thinking he's all alone out there in left field. He has plenty of company, heck it's a little crowded. Michigan did have a good turnout of dogs, and some really nice scores. Meltdown done pretty good, no doubt that he is a heck of a coondog, he just wins where ever he goes. Dave

Yep brother Richard that washer and dryer is a matched set really attractive to look at was in the box when I got it home worked hard and saved my money to buy it. Worked hard to get the old one out and get the new one in turned it on the designer or salesman didn't tell me it would run backwards that was done without my concern I could have loaded it up and took it back but it works just fine because of the way the door opens they designed it that way.

Kinda like the hunts after all my hard work I wasn't asked if I liked it it just is what it is it has run backwards down here it's over I just hope with all the new features this new dryer we are getting that it still drys the cloths at least as good or maybe even better !!

I hope so.

Tar
