Help please Garmin problems

So what happens my dogs go out and collars freeze up like there 200ft away and not moving then I will lose signal on one or the other collar,then they will be .15 mile away and freeze there.Whats going on I updated system and it still does it.When I try to update collars nothing happens.Also how do I get it to read in yrds not miles?Thanks for any tips in advance

I would suggest clearing out all dog tracks and handheld tracks. I prefer to use the trip computer because that actually allows you to see the percentage of tracks your handheld has in it and you can see if that is the problem or not.

For the distance reading you can go to home page the select setup then scroll down until you see units. I have mine setup on yards. You can try different settings and find one you like.
