Frozen Semen at Tri-State K9

Anyone with frozen semen that was drawn from Tri State, which was bought out, and changed there name to Mountain st or Mountaineer K9 Breeders need to check on there stored semen.I went for a year and a half thinking I had semen stored.Called yesterday and they cant find mine. They said all the semen they bought from Tri-state K9 Breeding is bad, they think it thawed out and refroze. They still sent out yearly bills ,but never contacted me,I had to contact them.So if you have semen froze from Tri-State you need to check on it.A lot of people have sold there dogs because they thought they had semen stored.I just post this so you will know, and maybe you can get your dog drawn somewhere else before they get to old. They wont call you ,you have to call them.1-304-412-7571

Thank you for the heads up. I sent them a check last year and they never cashed it. I wish when Tri State sold out they would have called and gave us an option to move it ourselves. I wonder if we could take a legal route and get our money back if they ruined it?

Legal

I have thought about a legal route,I am waiting to see how many people was affected. So far this is what I have come up with by talking to the owner of Mnt St K9 or Mountaineer which ever they go bye now. They bought the company from the owner of Tri-State K9 breeders. They stayed under that name till they found out the semen they got on the buy out was no good, then they changed the name to Mtn State or Mountaineer, what ever they go bye now, they told me that they think all the semen thawed out and was refroze before they bought it.My buddy had 14 or 16 breedings they say they dont have and I had 4 breedings that are gone. They never contacted either of us to let us know that the semen was bad,but they still sent out a yearly bill, because they had on file that they had it there.Mtn State says they are not liable,But they bought the company and took all our semen with them and now cant find ours. They told my buddy back in July or August the same thing they told me about the bad semen,so I know they knew about it being bad back then.

I will callthem today and see if they have mine. It is literally the only breedings I had left on my dog. I should of had it stored in more than one place.

I would be willing and have as much trust in dean that whom ever is lucky enough to take his buisness over will more then likely be cut from the same clothe I would think just what buisness I have done with dean Im sure he was pretty meticulous to whom he sold to , and fingers crossed they will continue buisness in the same manners proffesionally

Legal Action

I have spoke with an attorney and was wanting to see if anyone else is going the same route. It would probably be cheaper if we all use the same attorney. Just wondering what everyone else is doing.
