Have application for permanent registration. Reg number W603,987. Is a Perf. pup. What paper work needs to accompany registration paper. Total cost with 3 generation pedigree. With all due respect, why not note this on the reg. papers with appropriate cost. Old program and still confusing. Thanks, Jim

Mark which pedigree package you want for a dog up to 1 year of age. The minimum registration fee is $24.00. You should have received a second form from the breeder to permanently nominate your dog for the Performance Program. If not, you can include a note stating you are including an extra $30 for the Performance Program. But your envelope must be postmarked by this Saturday or the Performance fee goes up to $100.
