The Yancey County NC Humane society is holding a Plott with a still flashing tracking collar, plus a second. post to their fb page at 4:44 11/4
found in Mount Mitchell. Young good looking male.

I was hoping this was my dog. I had a Plott taken in eastern Kentucky about a month ago. He was black back with brindle on legs and head with a red tracking collar with yellow antenna.
