I do think that there may be some that do but beagles aren't breed to be tree dogs. Another thing is there are a lot of rabbits out at night and you would likely be running rabbits not freeing coon. If you want a dog you can hunt night and day you are better off getting a cur of some sort. They are smart dogs. I had a freeing curtthat would run rabbits, flush birds and tree squirrels. She would just know how to range and what to hunt by the terrain and what scent she ran into. I didn't ever coon hunt though. I dont know maybe there are some dogs smart enough to just hunt coon at night but a Beatle is hardwired to run rabbits.
