I have hunted with the Gambler dog several times and he is all coondog. I owned his mother ,Steele's river bottom Lucy the last few years of her life and she was all coondog. She was very heavy Vaughn blooded with a shot of littlejohns arkie in there as well.

Lead broke and tone broke and listens well. The guy keep 3 out of the litter, and is selling her because of her color. He likes em darker.
