Important News For UKC Coonhound Clubs
Beginning in 2015 we are going to try something that we have tested in the smaller arena of our Beagle clubs and it has worked well for the clubs and UKC. For next year, you will be receiving MOST of your event supplies for the whole year in one package at the beginning of the year. Everything except event reports and event licenses will be sent in one bulk shipment. That will include scorecards, entry stickies, and the forms you need to conduct events. Event reports and licenses you will still receive by mail two months in advance of your confirmed event.
The success of this project will rely heavily on a couple things. You need to make sure you have your current officer's names and address up to date with our office. Because event supplies will be mailed to your Corresponding Officer, make sure you have an organized person in this position to receive supplies.
We would suggest your club purchase a simple supply box with dividers to help you stay organized unless you have your own building and currently have a good system for staying organized with your event supplies. Supplies will begin shipping in mid-November.
Additionally, many of these forms will be available as a download from the UKC website.
