Moran's Midnight Redbones

What became of this line of Redbones? Is there some one that has continued his kennel line?

Does any one out there have any Moran's Midnight blood ?

Morans Redbones

Uncle Freddy really didn't have a "line", he hunted the best he could find. Line didn't matter to much to him. I think Hickory was off Captain and Homer was off Rocket, might be a few others but I'm not sure. Sholley has a grand nite male off of Homer out there. I've hunted with a lot of his " keepers " most of them ended up leaving. However, Homer. Rocket, Gold, Hickory and Magic all stayed.

Bill
Did you hunt with Jungle Jane at all? I got to see her at a hunt as a youngster and probably was one of the reasons I like redbone, she was the best dog that night

I have 2 males out of Morans Midnight Red Ryder. I’ve never comp. hunted or bred them, just pleasure hunted with them. Don’t know much about bloodlines or pedigrees at all.

He’s always packed a good one. I remember in the 80s he drove all the way to Wisconsin to the last qualifying hunt of the year and he won the hunt with Morans Old Gold with a good score. That was a dog that could win anywhere in any company. May have been one of his best.
