Hi there,

I’m just wondering what is going on with my registration? I paid for rush service back in end of august or September and I have yet to receive any communication. I’m mostly upset that I’ve paid extra for rush and have yet to receive anything. I feel like I waisted money, I’ve tried emailing and also got no response.

If someone could contact me about this I’d appreciate it. . Thank you.

Assuming you wrote "Attn Rush Department" on the outside of the envelope, we will process it within 5 business days of receiving it or we will refund you the RUSH fee. Please send me a PM with your name, complete mailing address, the breed and name of the dog you are checking on and I will see what I can find for you. Thanks.
