DC 30 Question

I have 2 DC 30's that when you charge em and the light goes off (as if they're completely charged) and you turn on your hand held and go to that particular collar it only shows 1 bar. Has anyone had this problem or may can help?

Likely need new batteries. Possibly an update issue, but more likely weak batteries.

One other thing I've noticed is the charger connection might start out as "on" but soon lose connection before full charge...

Hopefully one of the above will fix it for ya.

clean charge ports like longshot said. also take apart and unhook inside connections for awhile. sometimes helps.

30s served me well along time but after few rebuilds i tapped out and got alpha. didnt like idea but way happier with alpha so far.
