My girl TJ made this for me and wrote the best words on it as she posted it.
Didnt know how to post what she wrote.But it sure touched me. Never realized my daughter knew what Ham ment to me.I couldnt have had a better child.
She just finished her 1st semester of college. I wanted her to go in to medicine,but she is gonna be a school teacher. She told me: Said dad ,I just feel like the Lord has called me to help and teach kids.Thats fine with me.Dang proud of the Lady she has become.

My wife is a third grade teacher and I wonder how some of her kids would make it without her. Yesterday she filled one of her kids back packs with food because she knew she would not get much to eat this weekend. Sounds like your daughter has the qualities to make a good one.

You know...Teachers make the world go round...one generation at a time........
We all need to think about our old teachers more often and realize the many ways they helped us besides teaching their subject or grade level or skill....

Todd your daughter is going into a great field. I have my masters in education and love it. My buddies always ask me why be a teacher and I always tell them it's like building a house you get to build this child up from the ground up and watch them grow into something special and I love working with kids.

It takes special people to teach,I don't see how they do it.But I see first hand what teachers do because my wife is a teacher.
