Diesel is a English Male just turned 7 yrs old. He is a good disposition gets along with other dogs really good. He has a medium nose and pretty good speed. He has treed many bear alone. He is a chop mouth dog on track and a hard every breathe chop mouth tree dog that will stay put until you pull him off the tree. You can tell what's going on by his mouth weather he's trailing, treed or has a bear on the ground, he chops and bawls when bear is on the ground very distinctively and is a good bay dog, stays close but not overly aggressively but barking fast and sticks with it. He has been on literally hundreds of bear. He does not rig but will strike off the leash walk hunting. He is not perfect but a good all around dog, and as I said he has treed many bear alone. If you are using him to trail with you can't put no young idiots down with him that's going to run off screaming as I've seen him pull off and go check them. He is better alone or with dogs equal to him on a older track. If it's a half decent track he is moving ok, you can put young dogs behind him with no problems.
