 Super 8 Motel, Rochester, IN. 4/16,4/17

I have a room reserved at the Rochester Super 8 for 4/16, 4/17 for Walker Days and they wont let me cancel it even through Walker Days was cancelled and travel is restricted. I reserved it 2/9. Does anybody need a room? Does anybody know if they can be forced to return my money?

If you put it on a credit card, call the company they will handle it.

Like Roy said if you reserved with a credit card, call your credit card company and they will help you. There is absolutely no way they would be out anything for you to cancel this far ahead. Dave

Super 8 hasn't billed the Bankers Bank Visa card yet. I talked to Visa today and they said that they could do nothing. If I cancelled the Card they said they would just bill my new card. When I call the Motel I get an answering machine. Anybody need a room?

when they charge your card , call the credit card company and tell them it was unauthorized charge.

When did u call? I’ve been calling and can’t get an answer, the lady told me I could cancel it with 24hrs notice when I booked the room
