Start of a new thread since the other one quit working!!

GRNTCH PKC CH Big Walnut Boone HTX is up for stud to select females.
Birthdate- 2/26/2010
Boone has been a very consistent winner in the hunts and trials. He does bawl on track and trees with a distinct bawl that rolls over into a steady chop.
Boone went from Registered to Grand Night as a 2 year old.

Boone also has Points in Water race and Trial



Boones has around 40 pups on the ground with oldest being around 2 years of age. These pups are showing lots of promise. Boone has been crossed on several different lines. Most of these pups are showing lots of promise for a young age.

I like Boone so much, I bred my female to him. Here are the pups at 6 mos old.

Boone has won at all levels, and should most certainly produce pups that do the same. If you fellas want pups that win and win consistently then I would take my female to boone.

Some Nights are just a lot of fun!!! So I took Boone and Fancy out tonight. Turn loose time was around 10:20. Turned them in separate directions at the same time. Fancy goes in and trees about 175 from the truck. Boone then trees about 190 yards and has another. Turned Boone loose off of his tree and then turned Fancy loose again, in separate directions. Fancy then trees 400 yards in about 10 minutes. As I'm shining Fancy's tree and find the coon, Boone comes treed. I then walk back to the truck put Fancy in the box. Drive down the lane to Boone who is about 750 yards away. Shine his tree and find his coon . I load Boone up get in the truck at 10:56. That's four coons in about 40 minutes. Man I love those nights. 😀

Now that is a fun night.

Mine wasn't quite like that. Turned frog and Stella loose, they struck about 200 yards up the creek. Not a hot track, but not cold either. They moved it out if the water and onto the ridge and it got a little tough, it's so hot and dry here, so I decided to follow behind a couple hundred yards cause they were headed to property near houses and I don't have permission to hunt where they were headed. They finally roll on around the top of the ridge and I'm just getting up there while following their tracks on the garmin I stop to rest. I hear something about 50 yards in front of me and I said to myself that sounds like a bear in a tree so I walk over and sure enough, a bear is sitting up a tree looking at me. I hear another to my left and I shine down the ridge and the big bear was down there looking at me. I snapped a picture of the one in the tree and then he decided he was coming down, about that time frog and Stella came treed about 150 yards away with a coon.

The tracks on the garmin showed that frog and Stella had went right by that tree but I don't know if he was already up there or what. I walked them back by there and they smelled them but were not interested. All in all, it was actually pretty fun. I guess the worst part was how hot and humid it is. I was soaked with sweat.

4 coon in forty minutes sure sounds good.

Boone has another litter on the ground. Fixin had her pups this past week. She had 10. Contact Dean Daughtery for details. He already has several booked.

I had a great time a ARD this past weekend. It was great to see everyone. I hunted Fancy and had a great time doing it. She looked pretty good all three nights. Just needed a break in every cast. She has come a long way. I beleive she is going to be something special over the next year or so. She has so much drive and determination.
