I have a 6 yr old female that I want to get her ukc papers on, I'm the 2nd owner (first owner threw her pup papers in the trash) . I know her pedigree. I've been in contact with the breeder. He's willing to help me with it, but I need to know if he has to file for papers or if I can?

The breeder has to provide his address and sign the replacement request form. If you have the other information as far as pedigree and registration numbers you can fill out the rest.
