They need to get all the walkers in there so when the leaves get on we can draw a bunch of circles instead of - (Minus)
So my thought they won't let you keep beating the slick treeing dogs.

sure but you will not get any credit for the win unless it is a breed specific hunt . i hear the blueticks are the only breed that have those type anymore.

No other breeds have their own RQE's too.

Don’t seem fair. Why not All registered RQE.?What is the difference? Lol.🤪🤪 I maybe off base here but shouldn’t everyone compete together for a RQE. ???

I assume that all breeds have their own RQE at their breed days. I know that the redbones, b&t, leopards, blueticks do.

No, expect for one exception. That exception is where a Breed Association has a Breed Only RQE, where a qualified dog may be entered.

Allen

I respect your answer BUT how can that be governed. You get a dog qualified in say March the club sends in the results. Ok i know the dog is qualified but how is a RQE next month going to know that the dog is already qualified so you pay the fee and go hunting NO ONE KNOWS BUT YOU. U K C will only get the results once the second R Q E sends in the paper work and only then if you place.
Now I know you should not hunt once your dogs is qualified BUT that was not the question.
Maybe YES is the correct answer BUT NO only because if you place that would keep a dog that was not Qualified from doing so.
Just my thought

Very true, and when the office at ukc does learn of it I would bet they wouldn't even notify the owner of his "wrong doing".
On a similar situation I know of a guy that put a 1st on his dog and then got a couple of other places and to his calculations had met the requirements for nt ch so he started entering him as a nt ch. he won 5 wins and after some time he contacted UKC about his degree and they informed him that his dog still needed 5 points to be a nt ch! All five of his wins didn't count, he had to go back and win a place as a reg dog and then win his 5 nt ch wins again.

Good question HL. You're right, we wouldn't know unless the dog, already qualified, places. It seldom happens but when it does we treat it as an ineligible entry and award a new cast winner in the cast the dog was in. It's happened a few times since I've been here (2004).
