Jug is nine months old as of two days ago. I got him and his sister from the litter at 6 weeks. Messed with hides a couple times, then put them in the woods once they were big enough. From day one he matched the old dogs step for step. Even treed a little on the first night. By the third time in the woods he would fight a coon shot out of the tree and run and tree drags. The seventh and eighth times in the woods he was running and treeing with the other dogs, and straight blowing the tops out of the trees! Extremely loud hard tree dog, I've only heard him open on track a few times with each cast but I'd say he'll have a bawl mouth on track. I hate to sell him, but I have five dogs at my house, and I think his sister will suit me better in the long run. He is not performanced or super staked. Price is $600
