What needs to be done to performance nominate only one pup out of a litter please answer with all I might need to know from the beginning as if starting from two regular ukc registered hound

To start you will need to performance nominate the sire. Call UKC you will pay a $200 fee if done by July. They will then send you a DNA swab to take a DNA sample of the sire, send the DNA swab back to them with the fee, I think it is $45. After puppies are born when registering the litter check the box for Litter Nomination ($30)to just nominate the pups or Litter Nomination with Permanent Nomination of all pups ($150). If you choose to the Litter Nominated not the permanent each new owner will need to pay their pups up, $50 by 6mo or $100 until 1yr. If you choose the Permanent Nomination you do nothing but register your pup as usual no extra fees and all pups are Performanced.
