Russell, I want to single register a dog in co-ownership with a Junior (minor child not my own). I would be responsible for signing any forms. (I have a contract with her parents and we are good with that.) The dog is AKC registered.

I have the Application for Single Registration in front of me. I imagine my information would go in Step 2, Sole Signatory Information, but I don't see where her name would go on as co-owner.

Can you help please? Thank you!

You would have to fill out an additional form called a Sole Signatory Designation Form, which you can print out from our website. Send both forms in together.
