Tieing out Dogs

I tie out, most of my dogs, on a 7 and 1/2 foot chain, and i have some dogs that flat, do not like being put in a pen. And i can't say i blame them, as it's like, you are putting them in jail. One old female will growl at me if i put her in a pen, and i have to when, they come in heat. People want to pass, anti tethering laws, but may be they should ask, the dogs.

Agreed! Mafia lived his 13 years tied out under a big hickory tree. Shack has a 10x10 kennel but really think prefers being tied out. This past Sunday we tied him out for most of the day. He rolled in the grass and napped in the shade loving every minute of days like that. Dalton's dog Demon lost an eye and a testicle in 2 different escape attempts.
Ever notice a pups feet that has been raised on just concrete?

Keep my dogs in a raised kennel with plastic chicken house flooring, but I have a 20 ft chain set up on a swivel that I put them on often for a few hours. Lets them roam a pretty good area. Especially good fot pups
