TT15 trouble ?

Basically new collars (6 weeks old) has quit acquiring satellite signal ? Just got shows a “?” On handheld...worked til 5 am Monday morning when I turned it off , Tuesday night it started this ! I’ve tried resetting the collar, handheld , moving and adding it back . I’ve checked everything for breaks or loose wires and nothing . Any suggestions before I send it to garmin tomorrow? Thanks

.

To diagnose this. Don't look at the question mark on the handheld. Look at how the lights are flashing on the collar.

Don't even need the handheld on or near you to do this. Take your collar outside and then turn it on. Wait a few minuted and watch how the lights are flashing. They should start out wit a slow steady single flash. If they start out with a quick flutter flash. You held the on button too long.
Once after a quick post of the on button and the single steady flash is occurring. After a few minutes it should changed to a triple flash. Three quick flashes followed by a short pause and then repeats. That means the collar has acquired sat. connection. If yours is doing his and you still have a ? mark on the handheld. You need to delete the collar and add it again. If all you get is a single steady flash on the collar then yes it needs to go back to Garmin.
