I think Walmart. Just ask in the garden area. No I think about 12 bucks there was enough for 4 dog houses

I recently made flaps for the dog house doors using clear floor mats. Cost almost nothing from walmart, easy to custom cut and size, and still allows sunlight into the dog house.

I bought 10 dollar work lights from home depot. The 60 watt bulb is protected by a metal cage, I use a u-clamp to screw across the handle, I place a shim under first so that anything warm stays off the wall. Drill a 1 inch hole in the wall do the power cord can go out and it's completely concealed.
