I've taught my dogs to follow me out for years now, to the point that they don't lead well when being on a leash. IT IS EASY TO DO!

I tried it one time where you wrapped the lead around the dog. I thought she was trained. My Hound was heeling fine until she winded a hot one, lickity split she was gone before I could grab her. By time I ran her down she had the coon caught in a pond. Never again.
