Garmin Help??

Just turned my 430 0n tonight after not using it for a month. Handheld did not search for satellites nor is it communicating with the collar. Won't turn collar light on or anything like that. Any ideas what could be wrong? Unit itself is less than a year old. Appreciate any help.
